What is mystery shopping?
Mystery shopping identifies the CX provided at different establishments. The mystery shopper, in most cases, blends in as a typical customer. They observe customer service with customers, appearances, service times, comfort level, etc.
How do I become a shopper?
Sign up with us, complete a brief profile, and start receiving assignments.
What skills do I need?
Attention to detail, honesty, and good communication help you provide accurate reports. You will need a smartphone with access to internet to view the instructions and complete the report form.
How do shoppers get paid?
Shoppers have a scenario to follow with a report form to complete. All shops completed in the month, including any required reimbursements, are sent via the method of payment you selected in your profile.
***Beware of scams that request you to cash a check and send money back. If in doubt, call the company you received the check from!***
Can I work from anywhere?
Yes, we are nationwide; however, we might not have shops in your city every month. Mystery shoppers are independent contractors and often times shop for multiple different companies to receive a variety of shopping opportunities. If we don't have shops in your area today, keep checking as projects are time specific. You can opt in for email reminders when new shops are released in your area.
